FrankPHYTHIANFrank died peacefully on 17th November 2019 at Royal Blackburn Hospital with his loving family by his side, aged 92 years. Beloved Husband of the late Jean, much loved Dad of Judith and Barbara, a dear father in law of David and a loving Grandpa of Rachel, James and Alexander. Frank will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral service will take place on Monday 9th December 2019 at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe at 11:30am.
